Yes. Hazardous activities including scuba diving and motor racing are covered at no additional premium.

Can a self-employed professional claim this benefit?

Yes, provided they are eligible PPS members with the relevant benefit cover. The benefit can cover up to 100% of their personal income and actual business expenses.

Do I need to have lost income to claim?

No. You only need to be unable to perform your professional duties – partially or totally. You do not need to have lost income.

What if I change jobs?

You need to inform PPS and your cover remains in place provided your new occupation is eligible
